The car was purchased used in May 1992 with 148K miles and about 25% of paint gone. Think last owner lived at the end of a gravel road. The leather dash was curled up from sun. Otherwise no sign of wreak or exchange of body parts, that was confirmed when the body was completely striped that winter. There was no rust found.The car got a new paint job with anything that could be taken apart taken apart! Reassembled with all new rubbers and a new factory vinyl dash........ |

This ’79 coupe in Gran prix white is a "bullet proof" 3.0 liter. The car has power: windows, brakes & mirrors. I have done a minor tune up, changed the trans fluid and replaced the shift linkage bushings and a rear wheel bearing. Mechanically, she's "all there." The engine is strong with No leaks and NO smoke. The pans and body panels look like new with absolutely NO rust - she came from Kansas.......... |
